An existing payment

Use the existing Pay or Continue payment control while its purchase remains valid. Its payment amount and deadline belong to that accepted purchase.

After cancellation

Cancelling… means the cancellation is still progressing. Only after the old attempt is definitively unpaid or cancelled can a new payable purchase proceed.

Buying again starts a separate purchase under the current available offer.

If a payment might have succeeded

Do not infer failure from a lost response or a closed payment window. An in-progress or uncertain payment blocks another payable claim until reconciled. Use Check status or the offered recovery control.
