Creating & managing listings
Create a listing: photos, description and required details
A listing brings together your photos, description, category, condition, pricing and stock. A draft can be incomplete.
Draft, Active, Inactive and Sold explained
Listing status tells you whether it is incomplete, offered or inactive. Sold-out listings remain Inactive and appear in Sold.
Add a listing to shows or duplicate it: what changes?
Sharing a listing keeps one stock balance. Duplicating creates an independent listing.
Why you cannot edit or delete a listing
Pins, running sales, unresolved payments and order history protect the offer and the purchase record.
Manage quantity, add stock or create separate listings
Stock belongs to the listing across every show. Quantity counts independently sellable units.
Shows & live selling
Create and schedule a show
Give your show a name, a future scheduled time and a 4:5 portrait cover, then prepare its listing line-up.
Pin a listing, then Start sale: two different actions
A pin tells your audience what you’re showing. Start sale tells them they can buy it.
Go live: camera, microphone and switching shows
Prepare your camera and microphone, then Go live. Each seller can have one live show at a time.
End a show while a payment is being confirmed
You can end the broadcast while a payment is in progress. New purchases close, and existing authorised payments settle.
End sale, Re-run, Clear, Unpin and Pin next explained
These controls change different parts of your show. Use the one that matches your next step.
Upcoming, Live, Past and Archived shows; rescheduling
A show’s status describes its scheduled or broadcast stretch. An archived show is hidden from active browsing.
