Draft

A Draft is work in progress and may be missing required information. It cannot be attached to a show. Once a listing is complete, saving it without activation makes it Inactive. It does not return to Draft later.

Active and Inactive

Adding a complete listing to a show activates it. Deactivating an unsold listing removes its show assignments, leaving it in the catalogue. Active does not mean a sale is running: Pin and Start sale are separate actions.

Sold versus Out of stock

When the last unit is captured, the listing has sold out. It becomes Inactive and appears in Sold. A seller manually setting stock to zero produces Out of stock instead.

Sold-out listings may remain visible in the show so buyers can see the result. Any order history prevents deletion, even after a refund or cancellation.

Add stock deliberately

Add stock is an explicit seller action. It makes a sold-out listing Active and Not Selling; it does not reopen the old sale. Stock cannot change while a sale is running. Returns and cancellations never add units back automatically.
