Why you cannot edit or delete a listing

Editing while pinned

A listing pinned in any show cannot be edited, even off air. This includes its photos. Running sales and live payments also freeze purchase terms.

Unpin only when the action is available, then edit before starting a new sale.

Deletion and order history

Any order history blocks hard deletion and soft deletion, regardless of payment or refund state. Sold-out listings remain Inactive in Sold.

Running sales, capture-pending sales, live payments and pins also block deletion. Delete is hidden when unavailable.

If stock is the issue

Stock cannot change in either direction while a sale is running. Returns and cancellations do not restock. Add stock explicitly when the listing is eligible.
