Add a listing to shows or duplicate it: what changes?

Sharing a listing keeps one stock balance. Duplicating creates an independent listing.

Add to a show

Adding a complete listing to a show activates and shares that listing. Its photos, price and stock remain its own; a show assignment only controls placement.

If it appears in two shows, selling a unit in one changes the stock both shows read.

Duplicate deliberately

Duplicate listing creates a new listing with its own inventory. Later edits never propagate between the two. A complete duplicate becomes Inactive; a zero-quantity duplicate remains Draft.

Choose the right operation

Use Add to show to present the same inventory in another line-up. Use Duplicate when you need independent stock or different terms.
